How does the ActiPatch® product work?
Chronic pain results from central sensitization, which causes the nervous system to develop a persistent state of high reactivity. This serves to amplify and maintain the pain even after the initial injury has healed.

Therefore, chronic pain is often poorly correlated to the degree of peripheral tissue injury. ActiPatch’s electromagnetic signal pulses 1,000 times per second to stimulate neuromodulation of the afferent nerves to dampen the brains perception of pain.

The ActiPatch® pulsed signal rate prevents adaption to allow long-term use. ActiPatch® therapy extended pain relief improves sleep, physical activity and overall quality of life. ActiPatch® relieves chronic and acute pain due to muscle and joint soreness, strains and sprains, arthritis, fibromyalgia, and more.

Is the ActiPatch® similar to TENS technology?
The ActiPatch® and TENS technology provide different clinical applications. ActiPatch® repairs and regenerates damaged cells by reducing pain and inflammation and accelerating blood flow. Whereas, TENS is only blocking pain signals and has no healing effect. The major difference between the two is that a TENS unit is a short term solution that “turns off” the pain signal but cannot perform the function of repairing damaged tissue like ActiPatch. ActiPatch® is lightweight, discreet and sensation free. This mobile pain relief technology can be easily integrated into your daily activity routine making it easy to move freely without any inconvenience ActiPatch® provides 720 hours of long lasting, safe and effective pain relief. The ActiPatch® is 100% safe to use and has no side effects.
